Research and the Art of Seduction?

Chloe sighed, she needed to research things for her new found ability but she hoped that it wouldn't take too long to find an answer. She started pulling some books from shelves after reading their titles and started skimming after what had to be two hours later, Chloe was ready to call it a night. She slumped down on the table she was sitting at and rubbed her eyes tiredly, "This is going to take awhile." She mumbled as she glared down at the books spread in front of her.

Pietro walked into the Library and spotted Chloe. He wrapped his arms around her. "Hey Chlo." He kissed her ear lightly.

Chloe squeaked and then giggled as she leaned back against Pietro, "Hey stranger." She said as she twisted to look back at him. Her heart did a flip flop and then it sank as she remembered what she would have to tell him.

Pietro cocked an eyebrow at Chloe she seemed worried about something. "Chlo is something wrong?" Pietro asked gently.

Chloe bit her lip, he could read her so well she hung her head and looked down, "Look Pietro....I'm going to try and take down Vandal...I...I'm the only one that can get close enough to him to try. There's a side ability of mine that's like Rogue's....only I can transfer the abilties I receive to someone else. Vandal's planning to....force me to use my abilties for himself.....Pietro...this will mean that I'm going to have to...seduce him." She said with distaste in her tone as she said the words, she knew her face held the same disgust her tone did.

Pietro took a steadying breath. He looked down at her trying to keep calm. "Are you going to sleep with him or just get close to him?"

Chloe bit her lip, "Just get close to him...believe me if I knew another way I would do it in a heartbeat." She said in a heart broken voice.

Pietro took a breath. "Ok I can live with this and I believe you." He kissed her over one eye. "I love you and trust you, and if this is the only way to get this guy then I understand." Pietro wrapped his arms around her and hugged her.

Chloe let out a shuddering sob, "Just....don't think less of me....I really....I love you." She said as she held onto him tightly, he was the one person she trusted more then life itself.

"I could never think less of you. I love you. So.. if this is what you have to do to get him out of your life then ok." He held her close.

Chloe sighed with relief and buried her head against him, "I will only ever love you." She whispered.

Pietro held her and grinned. "You better." He said jokingly. He then kissed her lips slightly.

Chloe kissed him back and ran her hands through his hair, enjoying the feel of it in her hands before she pulled back slightly, "You are really good at that." She said.

Pietro smiled down at Chloe. "Good at what?" Pietro asked as if he didn't know what she meant.

She laughed and then blushed, "Kissing me....you're really good at it...along with other things." She said as she blushed even more.

Pietro smirked. "Well I would hope so." He kissed her lips lightly. "I practice enough." He whispered.

Chloe smiled into the kiss and pulled him closer against her before she pulled back slightly, "Oh I know you do." She said with a little laugh.

Pietro grinned a her and moved forward. He kissed her ear. "Do you want to practice seducing?" He whispered.

Chloe bit her lip, "Mmm you defintely make it hard to say no." She said as she regarded him with a raised eyebrow.

Pietro smirked at her. "Why would you want to say no? If we practice you can pretend it's me when you have to go after that looser."

She nodded, "You bring up a valid point and I will only be thinking of you." She said as she met his eyes.

Pietro smirked. "You better." He moved forward and pecked her lips.

Chloe kissed him back and then pulled him for a deeper kiss, as much as he teased.....she was being serious...though she also knew that this was one of his ways of how to avoid things.

Pietro moaned as Chloe pulled him into a more passionate kiss. He pulled her close wrapping his arms around her holding her close.

Chloe smiled and then kissed him deeper, sliding her arms around his neck as she kissed him, she played with the ends of his hair.
