Cameras and Bandages

Bruce had been looking over the camera, even though he knew who it belonged to. He'll need to confront Joker later.

He squeezed his fist; he couldn't believe he was forced to stay in same house as Joker...

He stood up, fixing to get ready to go patrol the manor, when the door opened.

He looked up to see Talia walk into the room with a bandage on her face. "What happened?" He asked, immediately rushing over to her.

Talia froze for a moment, before walking into the room and shutting the door behind her.

"Victor Savage." Was all she muttered out, the cut wasn't deep but she knew Bruce would worry about it, ask an unnecessary amount of questions before telling her he'd need to be with her at all times. She didn't want that to happen. She liked her freedom, pregnant or not she would keep that, "I assume you've heard about the Joker, as well, beloved?" Bruce should remember the ass, he killed her in front of her beloved. Getting to the Lazarus Pit had not been an easy task that time around, but she appreciated the fact Bruce had moved her to where some of her father's followers, (in directly her own) could reach her.

"I know." He said, before holding up the camera.

"He placed a camera in Chloe's room." He stated, before tossing the camera back on the desk.

"Old news, beloved. Something happened to Harley, Joker's... probably going to be furious. I pity the soul who it's against but we cannot help but prepare to take him down if the need arises." There was soft meaning behind her words, even though she really wanted to kill Joker. Wanted to make him bleed for the many things he had done to Dick, to Bruce, to Jason, to Tim, to her, to everyone.

"What happened to Harley?" He asked, now worried about what Joker will do.

"Rape." Was the only word Talia could find to let Bruce know what had happened, "There have been a few, actually. The cause, I haven't been able to identify but the rapes ended with Harley. Which leads me to believe the rapist, in fact, dead."

Bruce's face darkened. "We need to find Joker before he does anything." He said, putting on his mask.

Talia pressed herself on to his chest, pushing her lips to hover over his, "In a minute... Harley and Joker are busy." You could hear by the sounds erupting from down the hall from the ML, something was going on.

He looked down at Talia before sighing. "Fine." He said, kissing her.

Talia snaked her arms around her husband, "Mhhmmm..." She stated, hummin the approval on his lips.

He hugged her close, deepening the kiss when she hummed.

He rubbed her back as they kissed, pressing her body right up close to his, to where there is no space between the two.

Talis slid her hands up his chest to around his shoulders moving closer to him. Feeling his hand pushing her waist closer, both working to close the space between them. She moved her lips a bit more, keeping the kiss; deepening it.

One of his hands moved up to cup the back of her neck as they kissed, keeping her head in place.

Talia slid her fingers into his hair, having her neck kept at its current angle.

After a long moment, Bruce pulled back a little to place his face in her neck, holding her close.

Talia felt an urge, she wasn't sure where it came from back it sounded like the best idea she had all day, "...Can we cuddle?" She asked, she knew Bruce's brain would convert the meaning into something a bit less, feminine? To maybe something a bit more masculine. She didn't care, she just wanted to be held.

Bruce moved his head and looked down at her. "Sure..." He said, moving them to the bed and taking her in his arms, the two of them now cuddling.

Talia moved her hands around Bruce's own, moving her fingers in between the man's. Bruce's heart beat into her back, it felt great to feel it. Oppose to... What Joker had in mind for her husband. Her skin crawled just thinking about the demented clown-iac, she tightened her grip around his hands, just wanting them to stay there. The three of them...

Bruce kissed her head, before burying his face into her hair.

He needed to confront Joker and soon...

But his wife and child were more important at the moment.

"This is probably around the time we should start... Thinking of plans for all of us." She added a subtle exaggeration to the word all. They really needed a plan for their baby and how they were going to deal with the dact that villains lived a little less the a room away.

"I know." Bruce said, against her hair.

He had been trying to figure that out the moment he found out she might be pregnant...

Talia rolled in Bruce's arms to face him, moving her forehead to touch his shoulder. She gave a subtle sigh, just basking in his warmth. She really did miss these moment, "You're not leaving my sight this time."

"Funny, I was just about to tell you the same thing." He said, moving the hair out of her face, so he could see both of her eyes better.

Talia moved her eyes to look into his own, "For once, I think we can both agree that would be the correct course of action to take for now." Plus it would give her a solid alibi if she needed one.

"I'm surprised you're so welling; you usually hate being watched over." Bruce stated, raising an eyebrow at her.

For now, he would dismiss it, for she could be thinking about the baby more then herself...
